Fees

The fee for a 60 minute individual or family counseling session is $150. Your fee is due and payable at the time of each counseling session. I can provide you with a completed insurance claim form that you can give to your insurance provider for payment reimbursement. Please refer to the Fee Agreement Document for further information. I do reserve a number of hours for sliding scale cases and I am happy to discuss a sliding scale fee on a case by case basis.

Insurance & Coverage

I am currently in-network with Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna.

Some helpful questions to ask your insurance company:

• What is and have I met my deductible?
• What is my co-pay?
• What percentage/how much do they cover for an out-of-network, (LPC) licensed professional counselor?
• Does there need to be pre-authorization?
• How many sessions are covered?

Out-of-Pocket

I understand that sometimes finances and life situations can make it difficult to pay out-of-pocket if you do not have insurance or your insurance does not cover counseling with an out-of-network provider. I do reserve a certain number of hours for sliding scale cases and I am happy to discuss a sliding scale payment on a case by case situation. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
